1. Agency and Supply of Services

Limohawk acts solely as a booking and payment intermediary. Transportation services are provided by independent, licensed third-party operators. Each journey is supplied by the relevant operator, who accepts the booking and is responsible for the performance of the transport service.

2. Role of Limohawk

Limohawk curates operators, governs service standards, facilitates bookings and payments, and provides platform-level service resolution. Limohawk does not operate vehicles and does not provide transportation services.

3. Pricing and Payments

Fares displayed reflect pricing agreed with operators. Limohawk collects payment as agent on behalf of the operator providing your journey.

4. Service Resolution

Where service standards are not met, Limohawk will facilitate resolution with the operator and may provide platform-level remediation. Liability for transport performance remains with the operator providing the journey.

5. Regulatory Status

Transport services are provided by licensed operators in accordance with applicable private hire vehicle regulations. Limohawk operates as a booking intermediary and governance platform.

1. Offer Overview

The Limohawk VIP Waitlist ("Offer") provides early access to benefits for the first 1,000 VIP members, open to those who use private car services. Benefits include preferred rates, priority booking, and monthly ride raffles. Complimentary rides are reserved exclusively for approved corporate accounts with existing private car service contracts or select individual executives, at Limohawk's discretion. Free to join, no purchase required.

2. Privacy & Communications

• Participants consent to launch update emails.
• Data not shared, except for service delivery/verification.
• Unsubscribe forfeits benefits. See Privacy Policy at limohawk.vip.

3. General Provisions

• Limohawk may amend/terminate Offer without liability.
• Participants must comply with Limohawk policies and UK laws.
• Not liable for technical sign-up issues.
• Disputes governed by English law, English courts.

• Limohawk may verify eligibility and reject applications.

2. Benefits

• Priority Booking: Earlier booking access.
• Monthly Ride Raffles: Free ride draws (details at launch).
• Complimentary Sample Ride: Select executives may receive one free ride (reasonable distance, per Limohawk, subject to availability), if invited by Limohawk.

3. Limitations

• Benefits non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.
• Complimentary rides (if offered) subject to availability, geographic limits, reasonable use, and reserved for invited executives.
• Subject to full terms at launch.

• Open to businesses with existing private car service contracts, subject to Limohawk's approval (at its discretion).
• Limohawk may verify eligibility (e.g., proof of existing account) and reject applications.

2. Benefits

Approved corporate accounts receive:

• Complimentary First Ride: One free ride (reasonable distance, per Limohawk, subject to availability).
• Consolidated invoicing, vetted operators, dedicated support.

3. Limitations

• Benefits non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.
• Complimentary rides subject to availability, geographic limits, reasonable use, and reserved for approved accounts.
• Limohawk may modify/cancel benefits with notice. Subject to full terms at launch.
